Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Pocket PR collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
Pocket PR is operated by Bratkova & Nadtochiy Strategy Communications Studio. For any privacy question, write to us through the contact page and say it is about privacy.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms, such as email, name, company, website, market and notes
- What you send to our free tools, such as your news details or your domain and questions
- Messages you send us in Telegram
- Technical data our host logs with each request, such as IP address and browser type
- If you allow analytics, how you use the site, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, traffic source, device and approximate location
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare your diagnosis, draft or report by hand
- To reply by email or Telegram, within one business day
- To follow up once about the request you made
- To keep the site running and protect it from abuse
We do not sell your data. We do not send your details to journalists without your approval.
Legal basis
We process request data to take steps you asked for before a contract, and technical logs on our legitimate interest in running the site safely. Analytics runs only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Where the law requires consent for anything else, we ask for it.
NDA requests
If you tick the NDA box in the team form, we send a mutual NDA and sign it before any confidential brief. Keep your first message general until it is signed.
Our processors
These services handle data for us under their data processing terms. Vercel hosts the site and runs the form endpoint. Resend delivers each form request as an email to our team. Google Workspace holds that team mailbox. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used, only if you allow it.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for 12 months after your last message, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or limit its use. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics tools, and only after you press Allow in the bar at the bottom of the page. Google Analytics 4 from Google counts visits, pages, traffic sources, device type and approximate location. Microsoft Clarity from Microsoft records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see where a page confuses readers, and it masks what you type into form fields. Both tools set their own first-party cookies and keep the data under Google's and Microsoft's terms. Advertising features are off, and we do not use this data to identify you.
If you press No thanks, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither tool loads and no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. You can change your analytics choice at any time.
Our host keeps short technical server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site. We run no advertising tags.
Changes
