Pocket PR is a SaaS PR agency for B2B software companies whose buyers do their research before they ever talk to sales.
That research happens in a few trusted newsletters and, more and more, in AI chatbots. We are a remote team in Kyiv and Brno.
We get your numbers into those places and keep every claim inside what your contracts and audits allow.

SaaS PR is steady proof more than big launches.
Buyers compare three to five tools and read what peers wrote, so a SaaS PR agency feeds that research with material your sales deck cannot supply, plus founder commentary on pricing and AI features.

In software categories, AI answers draw on review pages and comparison articles that already exist. Analyst notes count too.
G2 surveyed 1,076 B2B decision-makers in March 2026.
Our monthly check asks the main chatbots your buyers' questions and records which sources they cite, so each new pitch targets a gap.
Review platforms are a channel and a source of news.
Since October 2024 an FTC rule bans fake reviews and rewards tied to a positive or negative sentiment, so we ask customers to review after a good project milestone, with no gift tied to the rating, and never write reviews ourselves.

Feature news almost never runs, because software writers get product updates from every vendor every day.
Angles that earn replies start from something only your company can show.

Annual revenue milestones and customer counts are most credible right after audit-ready numbers exist.
Security buyers know the terms, so each claim needs the right word for the right document.
Calling a product GDPR compliant invites questions your data processing agreement must answer. This table is general information, not legal advice.
| Term | What it is | How we phrase it |
|---|---|---|
| SOC 2 | An attestation report by an independent CPA firm | Name the report type and the auditor, never certified |
| ISO 27001 | A certification | Certified is correct |
| GDPR | A regulation with fines up to €20 million or 4% of global turnover, whichever is higher | Say where data is hosted and what your DPA covers |
Enterprise contracts usually restrict use of a customer's name and logo, and a release without written consent can damage the account it celebrates.
We clear four things in writing first.

In a product-led company the first reader of any story is a potential user on a free plan, so placement beats prestige.
Usage data is the raw material, such as the most common workflow among ten thousand teams.
An analyst briefing is a thirty-minute market conversation.
Below Series B, a free briefing when you open a new product line beats a paid Gartner or Forrester subscription, and a record of milestones over time makes a market guide mention more likely.
US boutiques start around $3,500 a month and mid-sized firms with a tech specialty bill $10,000 to $25,000, usually for a minimum of three to six months, according to Everything PR.
Pocket PR begins at $390 a month for one monthly SaaS story, and the $890 plan adds the review and AI answer audit.
Market rates by country are on how much PR costs.

One story a month built on your own metrics, pitched to the SaaS newsletter or trade writer who fits it best.
We ask the main chatbots about your category and note which review pages they cite. The gaps in your profile show up fast.
Every release goes through a short list. Customer approval for logos comes first, then the SOC 2 wording, then any privacy claim, which your DPA has to support.

Questions
It gets other people to say things about you. Content teams publish on your site. PR puts your data in front of newsletter writers and trade reporters, whose pages buyers and AI tools treat as independent. The two work best on the same monthly theme.
Yes, though only indirectly. Coverage and customer stories bring engaged users who are more likely to review. We never write reviews, and we avoid any incentive tied to a positive rating, which the FTC banned in 2024.
No, because SOC 2 is not a certification. Say you have a SOC 2 Type 1 or Type 2 report from a named independent auditor. Security-minded buyers notice the wrong word at once.
Yes. Most enterprise contracts restrict logo and name use, so get written approval for the logo and every number you quote. A named customer with a real metric is worth more than ten anonymous ones.
Rarely as a paid relationship at that stage. A free briefing when you launch a new category feature can still put you on an analyst's radar. Peer review platforms usually move buyers faster early on.
Usually months. Chatbots draw on review pages and articles that already exist, and answers built from model memory change only when the model is retrained.
