Pocket PR is a remote PR team based in Kyiv and Brno, with no office in Poland.
We help foreign companies entering the Polish market, and Polish companies that want coverage abroad. National business desks get our pitches in English.
Desks that expect Polish get a version written by your own native-speaking spokesperson or a translator you approve, and we flag those before the first pitch.
We time news to the congresses that set the business calendar.
Plans start from $390 a month, without the 12 month lock-in that Polish agencies treat as standard.

Polish agencies publish prices more openly than most in Europe.
Retainers run from about 3,000 PLN for basic work to 50,000 PLN and more for national campaigns.
The hidden cost is the contract, since a 12 month term plus three months notice commits a company for well over a year.

| Agency or source | Monthly price | Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Blend PR | from 3,000 PLN net | basic scope |
| PR Calling, basic PR | 8,000 to 15,000 PLN | releases, experts, monitoring |
| Commplace START | 6,500 PLN net for 65 hours | 12 months, three months notice |
| Commplace PRO | 20,000 PLN net for 200 hours | 12 months, three months notice |
| PR Calling, national campaigns | 20,000 to 50,000 PLN and more | campaign scope |
PR Calling prices short crisis work at 10,000 to 30,000 PLN and a product launch at 30,000 to 150,000 PLN. Pocket PR starts from $390 a month with no annual term, and how much PR costs compares other markets.
Editors at the big business titles read English, and our pitches go to them in English.
Trade and regional desks expect Polish, and a Polish version that reads like machine translation does more harm than no version at all.
It has to come from a native speaker on your side or a translator you approve.
In Polish, emails open with Szanowna Pani or Szanowny Panie, often with the title Redaktor, and move to first names only when the journalist does.
The general rules live in our guide to pitching journalists. These habits are Polish.

A release on a channel editors already trust gives news a clean public record in Polish, once a translator you approve has checked the text.
Trade portals often write their own stories with figures and dates taken straight from such a release, so the numbers in it need to be final.
We use two channels and pitch named reporters alongside them.
Poland is spending on energy security and defense, and both produce steady business news.
In energy, the capacity market decides which plants get paid to stay available.
Stories run in WNP.pl and the dailies once capacity and dates are clear.
In defense, foreign firms should brief reporters before MSPO in Kielce, never in the hall.

Warsaw hosts the national dailies and PAP, so most Polish agencies sit there.
A good Polish media list still mixes three layers, and the regional one is where foreign companies get surprised by local opposition to a project they announced only in Warsaw.
Polish editors want a Polish reason to write. Without one, a foreign company's news belongs in a newsletter.
Czech, Ukrainian and German firms start ahead because trade flows are large and editors know the context, yet the pitch still has to show what changes for Polish buyers, with Polish numbers.

We pitch named editors in English. Desks that expect Polish get a version from your own native-speaking spokesperson or a translator you approve, never machine translation.
Before the first pitch we find the Polish customer or the tender, because national editors need one.
News planned around the big congresses such as EEC in Katowice, when business editors look for company stories.

Questions
Published prices run from about 3,000 PLN net a month at the low end to 20,000 PLN net at Commplace, with basic packages of 8,000 to 15,000 PLN at PR Calling. Nationwide campaigns go to 50,000 PLN and more.
Many do. Commplace, for example, signs 12-month contracts with three months notice. Pocket PR runs month to month.
Business editors at the largest titles read English, and that is how we pitch them. Trade and regional titles expect Polish. For them, a Polish version comes from your own native-speaking spokesperson or a translator you approve, and we tell you which desks need it before the first pitch.
Yes, for verbatim quotes. Article 14 of the Press Law says a journalist may not refuse an interviewee the authorisation of a verbatim quote that has not been published before. Agree the timing with the editor and answer quickly.
It gives your news a record on a trusted channel. Editors still need a direct pitch to write their own story.
